Esha Creations Shipping Policy

1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
2. Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days depending on your location.
3. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
4. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹3,000. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.

Esha Creations Exchange Policy

1. We do not offer cancellations or returns — only exchanges.
2. An exchange request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. An exchange request can be initiated online by the customer from Account → Orders → View Order Details for any delivered order.
4. An exchange request will be approved only if accompanied by a clear picture of the issue being reported.
5. An exchange request will be approved only if it falls under the following categories:
   1. Received a different product than ordered
   2. Received broken product
   3. Received a completely different colour than ordered
   4. Size or design exchange for eligible products
   5. Or for similar valid reasons
6. Esha Creations reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request.
7. Once the exchange request is approved, the product must be packed properly in the original packaging along with all accessories and invoice.
8. The article will only be picked up from the address where it was delivered.
9. Once the article reaches the Esha Creations warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If the item is used, damaged, different, or without original packaging/invoice/accessories, the exchange may be refused.
10. Esha Creations reserves the right to process or refuse any exchange after completing the quality check.
11. No refunds are issued — only replacement or exchange of goods.
